So this is what happens when we do not listen to Erdi

Well, let’s just say that the photo shoot for Erdi’s first love scene did not go as smoothly as planned, and Erdi had some things to say about it.

So you spend all that time getting the props in place—what do you mean you didn’t wait around for Makeup to get in here and deal with the hair?

We’re going to have to scrap this entire set?!

There were remarks about sunburn. Erdi was Not Happy.

We told her that that’s why we pay for editing.

Erdi told us that maybe a little choreography or coaching would have gone a looong way. So many things happened that were Not Sexy.

Elbows– not sexy. Weird giant heads– not sexy. Mulling over body parts looks like you’re at some sort of practicuum– is that a tumor? And… Cyrelian? What are you doing?! Because that looks spectacularly creepy.

I said– Really, it’s not that bad, we can just crop some of that down and–

Erdi demanded that we run it by our resident expert.

Who— oh gods.

Yeah. I know. He’s right there. It won’t cost us any time if–

Fine.

Marcus?

That looks like a nay vote to me.

We had to take a break so Erdi could have a little chat about blocking:

There wasn’t a whole lot of argument with the elf; he just wanted to get this done so we’d let him have his clothes back.

And he got a little sulky with us– not everything was his fault!

Sometimes Erdi’s looking pretty awkward, too.

— Ow! that’s not a handle!

Yeah, I agree. We’re not going to be using that.

Now Erdi’s complaining that some of the face shots we got are not the most flattering:

She wants them cut.

Marcus?

Marcus says the lighting could be better.

Cyrelian wants to know why Marcus gets to sit in the shade between takes. Why does he get food? Why does–

I told Cyrelian he could have five minutes, but that’s it. We don’t want to lose the light.

Hey– Marcus? You gonna come back over here and advise?

Marcus?

Just listen to Erdi, Marcus says. It’ll save a lot of time, Marcus says…

… yeah.

Morna and Joral part 2

So, this is the final set of posts for Morna and Joral.

Sadly, I have no idea what NPC mod I used for Joral, and I think he got overwritten when I changed a bunch of Altmer out for  new models.  Morna is the PC in these, and I still have her preset.

These are just some random scenes from the family residence on Alinor.

I disclaim all responsiblity for the foot stuff, I don’t even know how it got in there. SL really really likes feet, I guess. But it was kind of funny so–

ENB is Unbleak and the house mod is Azura’s Dawn with a few random Saturalia items from The Merry Snowberry.

Unbleak needed a lot of work to get the photos viewable, but it and its counterpart are really stunning in-game, particularly if you go with a winter setup.

Morna and Joral — Quick Interlude

More Morna and Joral.

This one’s quite a bit naughtier than usual, so be forewarned.

I assume somebody sent them fur mittens from Skyrim. I don’t suppose it was easy to find a practical use for them in Alinor, but they managed.

Morna’s rather exuberant; it’s probably why she’d rather live someplace far removed from the scrutiny of the capitol. Not that she seems that averse to scrutiny…

ENB is probably Unbleak but I had to do a lot of tweaking to adjust the brightness of these interior shots. House mod is Azura’s Dawn, decorated with Jaxonz Positioner and Jokerine’s The Merry Snowberry.

Cyranrir in Valenwood

I suppose I should annotate: This would be in Woodhearth, I imagine in some area still salted with Imperial-style buildings– I don’t think it looks very Bosmeri except for maybe the ivy.  Cyranrir traveled a great deal in his younger days on family business and for reasons of his own. He then lived in Cyrodiil for an extended period of time.

Here he is with one of his Bosmer friends; I’m not sure what the story is with the wig, but I’m sure it’s a good one.

Not particularly a nice person, Cyranrir, but loyal to his own people; his friend here ends up steward of one of his properties in Alinor.

…But that was in another country

And besides, the prince is dead.

A few pictures from Elinhir and thoughts of might-have-beens.  Sort of an in memoriam, and a bit of Ahtar’s back story. Alternate universe, of course.
